DESCRIPTION: Fahd Al-Taleb, the desert wanderer/guide, is a swarthy youth of a mere 18 years, or so he says. The swirling robes which encase him make determining his age difficult. He talks in a somewhat face paced manner occasionally making sense. Most think he has spent too much time in the sun without a head dress. The fact that a small brown rat, ‘dressed’ in shorts with a head dress, scurries round his clothing like an adornment does not help. One noticeable feature: a black patch over his left eye.
