Bows and crossbows cannot be reloaded in melee combat.
A heavy crossbow will do 2pts of cliche damage, but requires a full round to reload and cannot be reloaded in melee combat.
They can be used in melee as improvised weapons (like a club), but doing so will damage them and make them inoperable for their intended use.
